Use this RPKI server to validate routing information in the DN42 network, enhancing network security and reliability.
RPKI (Resource Public Key Infrastructure) cryptographically verifies the legitimacy of route announcements, preventing route hijacking and the propagation of incorrect routing information.
About DN42
DN42 is a large virtual network experiment environment that uses VPN technology to connect network enthusiasts around the world. It simulates real internet infrastructure, including BGP routing systems, AS number allocation, and DNS systems.
By connecting to Akaere IXP's DN42 node, you can peer with our network and access other DN42 networks through us.

Connection Guide
To connect to our DN42 node, please follow these steps:

Ensure you are registered in the DN42 network and have a valid AS number.
- 2
Set up your WireGuard tunnel using the connection information provided above.
- 3
Configure a BGP session using our ASN (210440) and your ASN.
- 4
Create a join request providing your ASN and WireGuard public key to complete the peering setup.
- 5
Configure your router to use our RPKI server (rpki.akae.re:8082) to enhance routing security.
